Chelsea Dyer is a Pre-ETS specialist on the South-Central Team. She has been a special education teacher in self-contained and co-teaching classrooms and a cross-country and track and field-coach. She has an associate degree in applied sciences for Early Childhood Development and a bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Elementary Education. She is passionate about working with students to help them achieve their individual goals.
