Chelsea Dyer is a Pre-ETS Specialist on the South-Central Team. She has been a special education teacher in self-contained and co-teaching classrooms, as well as a cross country and track & field coach. She has an associate degree in applied sciences for Early Childhood Development and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Elementary Education. She is passionate about working with students to help them achieve their individual goals.

Chelsea serves in the following school districts: California; Eldon; Iberia; Jamestown; Otterville; School of the Osage; St. Elizabeth; Stover; Tipton; Tuscumbia; and Versailles.
