Robert “Joey” Duncan is a Pre-ETS specialist in the Northwest Region and a member of the Phoenix Team. He is a retired educator with 27 years of experience as a teacher and special education director. After graduating from Northwest Missouri State University, Joey served in six different school districts over his career, 18 of those years as a Behavior Intervention teacher in the North Kansas City School District. In his free time, Joey enjoys collecting sports cards, following the St. Louis Cardinals, and spending time with his family.

Joey serves the following school districts:  Braymer, Breckenridge, Clay County Juvenile Justice Center, Division of Youth Services (Alternative Resource Center, Langsford House, Northwest Regional, St. Joseph, Watkins Mill, and Waverly), Everett Wade Juvenile Center, Hamilton, Johnson County Juvenile Justice Center, Polo, and Richmond.
