Lea Pettit
- Pre-ETS Specialist
Lea Pettit earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from the University of Hawaiʻi in 2015. She began her career in the Kansas City area, working at a Center for Independent Living as an Employment Specialist. In that role, she played a key part in overseeing Kansas’ Pre-ETS program, supporting youth with disabilities as they prepared for life after high school.
Lea joined the Northwest team in 2023, bringing with her a passion for empowering teens with disabilities. She is deeply committed to helping young people build confidence and achieve their personal and professional goals.
Lea serves students in the following school districts: Belton; Bethel Academy; Cass Career Center; Center Alternative; Center High School; Grain Valley; Grandview Alternative; Grandview High School; Harrisonville; Heartland Christian School; Midway; Oak Grove; Oak Grove Pathways Alternative; Pleasant Hill; Raymore-Peculiar; Raymore-Peculiar Freshman Center; Raymore-Peculiar Lead Center; Scott Educational Center; and Sherwood-Cass.
