Dr. Lindsay Hartzler is the Assistant Director of the Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program, where she began as a specialist in 2015. She holds an EdD in College Access and Career Readiness in Student Support Services as well as an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri.

In her role, Lindsay oversees quality assurance and professional development for the Pre-ETS program, ensuring consistent, high-quality services and ongoing learning and growth for program staff. A lifelong learner, she is deeply committed to equity, innovation, and improving outcomes for students through collaborative, student-centered transition services.
