Monica is a member of the South-Central team. She retired from Fort Osage School District where she served as Principal at Blue Hills Elementary for 22 years. Prior to that she was the assistant principal at Westview Elementary in Excelsior Springs. She has been Superintendent/Principal of Cowgill R-VI and served as a physical science teacher at Richmond School District. She has a B.S. in Elementary Education, a M.S. in Education/Elementary School Administration, and an Administration/Superintendency certification from Central Missouri State University. Monica has a passion for building career awareness, communication and interviewing skills and helping young adults as they transition to their postsecondary opportunities.

Monica serves the following schools in Lafayette and Johnson counties: Carrollton; Chilhowee; Concordia; Hardin; Higginsville; Holden; Crest Ridge; Kingsville; Knob Noster; Leeton; Lexington; Norborne; Odessa; Santa Fe; Warrensburg; and Wellington-Napoleon.
