Building Coordinator
Building coordinators serve as key contacts between building occupants and university service and support units. They help facilitate maintenance requests, building operations and communication related to college facilities. Learn more about Building Coordinators or find contact information for your building.
Space Reservations
College spaces are available for meetings, events, presentations and other university-related activities. Before submitting a reservation request, review the room’s available amenities and include all required information in the request.

Building Maintenance & Repair
Emergencies
For emergencies such as leaks, flooding, fire or other urgent facility issues, call: 573-882-8211 and select Option 1.
Classrooms & Common Areas
For maintenance or repair issues in classrooms, hallways, conference rooms or other common areas, contact the building coordinator: CEHDBuildingInfo@missouri.edu.
Offices & Individual Workspaces
For the following services, submit a request through the Facilities Operations Service Form. These requests do not incur a charge. Enter N/A in the Funding Information section. In most cases, select “Other Services” from the Problem menu.
- Light bulb replacement
- Heating and cooling issues
- Pest control
- Door repairs
- Window issues
- Pipe noises
- Electricity/outlet issues
For the services below, submit a request through the Special Services Recharge Form. These services typically require a MoCode and charges.
- Painting
- Carpet repair or replacement
- Hanging wall decorations
- Moving or dismantling furniture
- Desk and furniture repairs
- Hutch lighting repairs

Locked Out of Your Workspace?
- During business hours: Contact your department or school representative.
- After business hours or on weekends: Contact the MU Police Department at 573-882-7202. Have your valid MU employee ID available.
For the safety and security of our buildings, remember to lock your workspace when leaving for the day. In shared suites, the last person leaving should ensure the suite door is secured.
