Kim Pudlowski has served as Director of the Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program since December 2021. She holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri–Columbia, a Master of Science in Guidance and Counseling from Missouri State University, and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and English from Freed-Hardeman University. She is both a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Dr. Pudlowski brings extensive experience across community mental health, as well as public and private vocational rehabilitation systems. Prior to joining the University of Missouri, she served with the Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation agency until her retirement in 2021. Her work is grounded in a commitment to supporting students and youth with disabilities in achieving meaningful postsecondary and employment outcomes through high-quality Pre-ETS services. She is particularly passionate about fostering strong, collaborative teams and values the opportunity to work alongside dedicated specialists serving students across Missouri.
