Earl Brown

Earl Brown is a Pre-ETS Specialist in the South-Central Region. Earl has had a variety of experiences throughout his career, including working as a miner/mechanic, serving as a vocational rehabilitation counselor and district supervisor for Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation, serving as a vocational rehabilitation counselor for the Veterans Administration, and teaching post-secondary students as an adjunct professor for Webster University. He also serves on the Missouri State Rehabilitation Council. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri at Rolla, and a master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Vocational Evaluation and Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Missouri in Columbia.

Earl serves in the following school districts:  Bourbon; Bunker; Cuba; Newburg; Rolla; Salem; St. James; Steelville; Sullivan; and Viburnum.
