The graduate certificate in TESOL provides you a better understanding of:
- the structure of the English language
- how languages are used and learned
- how to design and implement pedagogical tasks that facilitate English language learning.
Developed by TESOL education faculty in the Department of Learning, Teaching and Curriculum, this graduate certificate is a stand-alone credential.
Upon completion of the certificate, you will be prepared to work as an English language instructor, language program administrator, language tester and a writer for educational materials where English is a foreign language.
