Thomas is a Pre-ETS Specialist on the Southwest Team. He has an Education Specialist in School Administration from Lindenwood University, a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and a Master of Science in Special Education from Missouri State University, and a Master of Art, Studio Art and Theory from Drury University. His has been as a behavior interventionist, a teacher in emotional and behavior support classrooms, and a process coordinator for Springfield Public Schools. He is also a tattoo artist and owns his own tattoo studio in Springfield.

Thomas serves the following school districts: Blue Eye; Bradleyville; Branson; Chadwick; Crane; Forsyth; Galena; Hollister; Hurley; and Reed Springs.
