Erica Poulson is retired from Willard Public Schools, where she was a special educator for 28 years. While she was a teacher, she established a “Career to Work” program, coordinated volunteer work sites for students, and developed business partnerships with area companies. She has a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders: Education of the Hearing Impaired from Missouri State University. She is dedicated to providing services that increase students’ independence and prepare them for independence after graduation.

Erica serves students in Carl Junction; Carthage; Diamond; DYS – Joplin; East Newton; Golden City; Jasper; Joplin; Lamar; Liberal; McDonald County; Neosho; Sarcoxie;  Seneca; and Webb City.
