Mr. Joe Ilardi has over 30 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and educational settings. His most recent position, for 18 years, was as the program director at The Center for Autism in St. Peters. Joe’s experience with students with significant disabilities will be an asset to the Horizons Team. We are in the process of assigning schools to his caseload. 

Joe will serve Life Skills classrooms in the following schools:  Bayless; Francis Howell (Central, High, North); Hancock Place; and Ritenour.
