Bethany Bailey joined Pre-ETS from Firefly Supported Living and Employment Services, where she served as a manager in the employment program. With over 10 years of experience advancing equity, Bethany is a passionate advocate for inclusivity. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and a master’s degree in human relations with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Strategic Impact from the University of Oklahoma. In her personal life, Bethany enjoys attending sporting events with her family, including her fiancé, who coaches football and basketball. Her favorite teams are the St. Louis Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, and Boston Celtics.
