Neil is a member of the Horizons Team in the Northeast Region of the state. He brings more than 25 years of experience in public education, including 18 years as an assistant principal at the middle and high school levels. Neil holds an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University, a Master’s in Secondary Administration from William Woods University, and a Master’s in Secondary Social Science Education from the University of Missouri. Neil is passionate about supporting students as they transition from school to adulthood and is excited to continue serving students and families through the Pre-ETS program.

Neil serves students in Life Skills classrooms in the following school districts: Hazelwood (Central, East, and West), Jennings, McCluer, McCluer North, Northview, Parkway, Riverview Gardens, Rockwood, Southview, and Vashon (STL City).
