Shoney Williams
- Pre-ETS Specialist – Horizons
Shoney is a member of the Horizons Team and is located in the Southeast Region. She brings 28 years of experience to her role as a Pre-ETS specialist, including more than a decade spent in special education leadership. In addition to her district-level leadership, Shoney served as a DESE Transition Liaison for nine years, supporting school teams across Missouri in developing strong transition programs. She holds a Master’s in Educational Administration from Missouri Baptist University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Webster University, and a bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Southeast Missouri State University. Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to equipping students with the confidence, tools, and experiences they need to succeed in adulthood.
Shoney services students in the following Missouri State Schools for the Severely Disabled and district life skills classrooms: Arcadia Valley, Central Park Hills, Citadel MSSD, Farmington, Fredricktown, Hillsboro, Mapaville MSSD, N. St. Francois County, Perryville, Special Acres MSSD, and Ste. Genevieve.
