David Stofer
- Pre-ETS Specialist
David Stofer is a Pre-ETS Specialist on the Northeast Horizon’s team. David previously worked as an educator for the Francis Howell School District for 25 years. He began his career as a Physical Education Teacher and then concluded his career as a high school Assistant Principal. After retiring in 2020, David began a new career in higher education as the Recruitment Coordinator for the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Education. Though his time in higher education is very rewarding, he missed the chance to support the needs of high school students, and is more than excited to return to that role as a Pre-ETS Specialist
David holds a Master of Education in Administration and an Education Specialist in Administration. In his spare time, he is an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and loves to spend time with friends and family.
David serves students in the following schools: All Encompassing Education, Fort Zumwalt Life Skills (East, North, South, West, Mike Clemens Center); Francis Howell Life Skills (ALPP, Central, High, North), and Wentzville (Holt and Reach Adaptive Learning Center).
