Lynn Lynch is the special education compliance consultant with the Heart of MO RPDC. She is responsible for assisting school districts in maintaining their compliance with state and federal special education rules and regulations. Lynn earned a BA in English in Creative Writing and Psychology from Lincoln University in 2001. She earned an M.Ed in Mild/Moderate Cross Categorical Special Education from the University of Missouri in 2003 where she also participated in the College of Education Teaching Fellows program. Lynn spent ten years at Hickman High School in the Columbia Public Schools as a teacher in the Community-Based Life Skills program. She was also Special Education Director for 2.5 years with the MO Department of Corrections. Lynn joined the Heart of Missouri in 2014.
