Jeff Beiswinger joined the Heart of Missouri RPDC as a Career Advisor in August of 2017. As a Career Advisor, he provides information and resources for schools to implement a systematic approach to career awareness and planning for their students. Jeff offers faculty/staff training on the use of Missouri Connections and the Individual Career and Academic Plan (ICAP); student career exploration resources and events. He also opens up opportunities for educators to connecting with business and industry.

Prior to joining the RPDC team, Jeff served as an educator for 32 years; 15 years as a classroom teacher and the final 17 years as a building administrator.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Central Methodist University and earned his Doctorate in Education from Lindenwood University.
