Dawn Mosley-Young is a Pre-ETS specialist in the Southwest region and a member of the Phoenix team. She is retired from Springfield Public Schools, where she served as a Middle School Coordinator of Site Interventions, Middle School Assistant Principal, and, most recently, a High School Coordinator of Site Interventions. She has a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Missouri State University. Dawn is invested in helping students achieve their full potential and transition from high school to the workforce.

Dawn serves students in Springfield Public Schools (Central, Glendale, and Hillcrest), the Division of Youth Services (Community Learning Center, Datema House, Excel, Mt. Vernon, and Wilson Creek), Greene County Juvenile Justice Center, and Greene County Youth Academy.
