Doug is a Pre-ETS Specialist on the Southwest Team. He spent 30 years in public education serving in the following roles: teacher, coach, athletic director and building principal. He has a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Health from Missouri Southern State University and a Master of Science and an Educational Specialist in Educational Administration from William Woods University. With his own special needs son, Doug is aware of the challenges students face as they complete their high school careers. He is eager to help and make a difference in their lives. Doug, his wife Kristi, their children, and pets live in West Plains.

Doug serves the following school districts: Ava; Bakersfield; Dora; Gainesville; Koshkonong; West Plains; and Willow Springs.
