Heather Beach is a District Continuous Improvement (DCI) Consultant for the Heart of Missouri – RPDC. Heather is a former Elementary teacher and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Missouri State University, a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Central Methodist University, and an Education Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Leadership from William Woods University. Working with a collaborative team of DCI consultants from Missouri RPDCs, Heather serves school districts across the state by providing support for effective teaching and learning. Heather provides training in the areas of data-based decision-making and developing assessment-capable learners along with other focus areas within the DCI program. Heather is passionate about helping educators learn how to best serve the students in their classrooms.
