Janell Duncan is retired after 27 years in public education, where she has been a business instructor, guidance counselor, and CTE adult and high school counselor. Most recently, she served students at Licking High School as a RootEd Advisor. Janell has a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Southeast Missouri State University, a Master of Science in Secondary Education from Southwest Baptist University, and a Secondary Guidance Certification from Missouri State University. Janell’s background in counseling helps her provide students with a solid transition plan.

Janell serves schools in Texas and Wright Counties.
