Katherine Feiner is a Program Coordinator for the Missouri Migrant Education Program. She focuses on the program’s data needs, and on French language recruitment and services.

Katherine holds degrees from Truman State University in English and French with a minor in French translation, and is fluent in French. She has worked primarily in language immersion and instruction, both teaching English to French students and teaching French in an American language immersion school. Additionally, she has taught theater to elementary and middle/high school students for over a decade. Her classroom experience has covered all ages, but she is particularly fond of early childhood and exploring the tremendous capacity young children have for language acquisition. Katherine has a passion for providing supports and services to bilingual students, and for integrating the arts into school curriculum.”
