Roger is a retired teacher/administrator after 25 years in Missouri public schools. He was at teacher and administrator at both Joel E. Barber C-5 in Laclede County, and Lebanon RIII School districts. He has a BSED with Middle School Emphasis in Science. He has a Master of Science in Education, and Education Specialist in Educational Administration with a Middle School Emphasis. Roger lives in Lebanon, Missouri with his wife and two dogs. He has two grown boys that live in Lebanon as well. Roger believes you should always try to be kind in every circumstance. Favorite Saying: Do all the good you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, to all the people you can, at all the times you can, as long as ever you can. He serves as Regional Coordinator for the Southwest Region.

Roger serves the following school districts:  Cabool; Conway; DYS (Gentry); Houston; Lebanon; Licking; Plato; and Summersville.
