Thomas is a Pre-ETS Specialist on the Southwest Team. He has an Education Specialist in School Administration from Lindenwood University, a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and a Master of Science in Special Education from Missouri State University, and a Master of Art, Studio Art and Theory from Drury University. His has been as a behavior interventionist, a teacher in emotional and behavior support classrooms, and a process coordinator for Springfield Public Schools. He is also a tattoo artist and owns his own tattoo studio in Springfield.

Thomas serves the following school districts: Blue Eye, Bradleyville, Branson, Chadwick, Crane, Forsyth, Galena, Hollister, Hurley, and Reed Springs.
