  • Do you have items that need to be picked up by another individual who does not have access to your space? Please make arrangements to leave the items with a colleague who will be available or in an open space that the individual can access.

  • Want to reserve a room in the College? Click here for more information! This includes reserving classrooms as meeting rooms, conference rooms, College hoteling space, and more. Be sure to review the logistics of each space before reserving and to include the required information when submitting a reservation request.

  • If you need to report building maintenance/repair issues, please see the section below. If this is an emergency (e.g., leak, flood, fire), please immediately call 573-882-8211 and chose option #1.

  • What to do when you are locked out of your workspace?
    • During business hours, contact your department/school representative.
    • After business hours and on the weekend, contact the MU Police department at (573) 882-7202. You must have a valid MU employee ID with you.

  • For security reasons, please be sure to lock your workspace at the end of the day. If you work in a suite, the last person in the suite should make sure the suite door is locked.

Building Maintenance/Repair Instructions

  • If there is an emergency service, such as a leak, flood, fire, please call 882-8211 and choose option #1.

  • Maintenance/repair issues for classrooms and general building areas should be sent to the building coordinator.

  • For general maintenance and repair requests in offices (e.g., light bulb replacements, AC/heating issues, pest control, door repair, pipe noises, window issues) – Submit via the Facilities Operations Service Request form.
    • Two important notes for filling out the form:
      • These service requests do not result in a charge so you will enter NA in all three boxes in the “Funding Information” section
      • For most of these service requests, you will select “Other Services” from the “Problem” drop-down menu.

  • For paint, carpet, wall decorations, signage, and desks/furniture repairs, including lights in hutches: submit via the Facilities Operations Service Request form. These services do result in a charge and require a MoCode.
