- If there is an emergency service, such as a leak, flood, fire, please call 882-8211 and choose option #1.
- Maintenance/repair issues for classrooms and general building areas should be sent to the building coordinator.
- For general maintenance and repair requests in offices (e.g., light bulb replacements, AC/heating issues, pest control, door repair, pipe noises, window issues) – Submit via the Facilities Operations Service Request form.
- Two important notes for filling out the form:
- These service requests do not result in a charge so you will enter NA in all three boxes in the “Funding Information” section
- For most of these service requests, you will select “Other Services” from the “Problem” drop-down menu.
- For paint, carpet, wall decorations, signage, and desks/furniture repairs, including lights in hutches: submit via the Facilities Operations Service Request form. These services do result in a charge and require a MoCode.
