Whitaker awarded 2023 Kemper Fellowship for Teaching Excellence

Beth Whitaker received a 2023 William T. Kemper Fellowship for Teaching Excellence to Beth Whitaker.

$2 million grant will help rural Missouri schools detect possible threats to school safety

The project, which will partner with up to 26 rural school districts throughout Missouri, will be fully implemented by fall 2023 and will connect to the schools’ Wi-Fi servers to monitor online activity for threatening language or images.

MU launches residential program for students with intellectual, developmental disabilities

Preparing Adults for Work and Society (PAWS) is a residential program for post-secondary students with intellectual and developmental disabilities that will promote job skills, independent living skills and social skills.
