Her research lies at the intersection of Human-Computer and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Interaction, AI for Health Promotion, Digital Games for Health/Science Communication.
Her research focuses on human–AI interaction for promoting health knowledge, especially improving women’s health and fostering a more tolerant and scientifically informed environment around women’s diseases. She designs and studies applications that support mental health and women’s health, including for pregnant people. By combining game design with large language models in more engaging formats, she focuses on the communication process, uses advanced methods to analyze its psychological dynamics, and examines how people make sense of both illness and AI.
