Professionals interested in advancing their careers in English education at the early childhood, elementary school, middle school, high school or higher education level can earn their master’s and doctorate through the College of Education.

Students find challenging yet rewarding opportunities through MU’s dynamic research centers and projects and are supported by faculty who are experts in English education.

Many of our undergraduates continue their education through involvement in the MPER Early Career Scholars Program.

Degrees with an emphasis in English education (grades six to 12):

• Bachelor of science in education (BS Ed)

• Master of education (M Ed)
