Housed in the University of Missouri’s College of Education & Human Development, Mizzou Academy offers remarkable educational opportunities. Mizzou Academy is uniquely steeped in both a legacy of tradition and a foundation of innovation. We trace our roots to the early University’s lab schools and map our future to an innovative platform of applied, blended, online, and interdisciplinary potential. Through working with local and global peers, students at Mizzou Academy have the opportunity to learn in new kinds of classrooms.

Accreditation

Mizzou Academy elementary, middle, and high school programs are accredited by Cognia and the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement. Additionally, our AP courses undergo a rigorous annual approval by the College Board, and several of our courses are approved by the NCAA.

Impact

Mizzou Academy serves thousands of students both locally in Missouri and around the globe. We commit to culturally responsive curriculum and practices that honor the interconnected nature of people, cultures, and communities. Across our programs, we foster global awareness, cultural competence, and student leadership.
